Price and and location were perfect. I’ll be checking back checking back Next year Positive: The location was perfect and so close to the college. The space was perfect and the bed was comfortable. Negative: The only complaint was that the refrigerator was loud. At some times through the night I wanted to unplug it.

We were disappointed. We will not stay here again. Positive: The bed was comfortable and clean. The room was clean for the most part. Negative: I felt misled because I thought the property was within walking distance to historic downtown. The bathtub had long brown or black hair in it. I’m a blonde. There was absolutely nothing to hold onto getting in and out of the bathtub thank God I’m not that old. My level of education is irrelevant, I can read. We were told not to park in the driveway. When we got there that evening, there was nowhere to park on the side of the road except for a block away. We parked in the driveway. We received a message that we needed to move the car as soon as we got up. I got up, put on shoes and went to move the car in front of another car that had been parked on the side of the road in front of this house All night. We were told to be quiet and respectful of the tenant. We were more than that. The tenant slammed the doors banged on the front porch not only Saturday morning but Sunday morning. Seven something in the morning we are dealing with a dog barking incessantly. I decided to make some coffee. The creamer was rock solid you could not use it. The salt was rock solid could not use it. I decided to go sit in the little backyard area that is provided with this, could not get the door open. When we did get it open, we couldn’t get it shut. On top of all of this, we took all the trash out, but the main trashcan had a package that all the bluebell ice cream came in, in which we did not touch, and there were cleanup supplies, trash in there. I feel like as much as I paid for not only the room, but the cleaning fee that was a little ridiculous. We just felt completely disrespected as somebody who rented the property for two nights. This room was not eaten in the only thing we did was sleep, shower change clothes. We did take pictures of the room and bathroom before we left because honestly, we didn’t feel like we could trust whoever went in there. It was absolutely embarrassing of how we were treated as adults.

Cozy and comfortable place in a fun and historic city. Positive: We loved Brenham; it is such a beautiful City. We also loved the little touches like coffee, tea and snacks which the host left us. It was a very cozy property and I would recommend. Negative: Nothing :)
